LI Xiaomei

LI Xiaomei is a Research Assitant of National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC). Since 2012, she has worked in the Strategy and Planning Department of NCSC and has long been involved in the climate change related researches, including low-carbon development planning, carbon capture, storage and utilization (CCUS) policies and carbon emission peak policies. She has taken part in such major research programs as “China’s Macro Strategy on Low-Carbon Development”, “Pathway and policy analysis to China’s deep decarbonization”, “Support activities for promoting CCUS related work”. She also participated in drafting annual report of China’s Policies and Actions for Addressing Climate Change.
