【Position details】

Position Title: Consultant
Business Group: Human Capital
Grade: D


【Position Objectives】

Under the guidance of more experienced consultants, understand client issues and develop practical HR programs/solutions that contribute to organisational success and support business strategies of the identified clients. Provide support on a variety of client projects across all segments of the Human Capital business.
Key Responsibilities

• Remuneration research, benchmarking and analysis
• Develop and apply a range of job evaluation skills
• Modelling incentive, classification and pay structures
• Job analysis research and documentation to support organisation design and work value assessment projects
• Analysis of remuneration details disclosed in annual reports
• Prepare, conduct and analyse surveys across a range of HR practices and issues
• Supporting other workforce planning and performance management projects as appropriate

【Knowledge and Skill Requirements】

• A tertiary qualification in a Commerce, Finance, HR or Industrial/Organisational Psychology discipline
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong focus on attention to detail
• Good organisation & time management skills with the capacity to work to tight deadlines
• Highly proficient computer skills
• Superior oral & verbal communication skills in Chinese and English context
• The desire to work in a team environment with a proven ability to be an effective team player
• Work experience in business analysis and/or human resources management is valuable
