主讲人简介：

Xiang Bi is an assistant professor at the Food and Resource Economics Department, University of Florida. Dr. Bi's primary research interest is in studying how firms and consumers respond to environmental and food policy and measuring the economic value of those responses. Her recent research includes impact evaluation of environmental policy, valuation of environmental resources, and valuation of consumer's response to nutritional information. She has published papers in Land Economics, American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Marine Resource Economics, Food Policy, etc. She has conducted her research in China and the U.S. and utilized household surveys, online surveys, econometric and experimental methods. She holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
