2019年11月28日，北京大学国家发展研究院院长姚洋教授受邀再次作为访谈嘉宾参加中国国际电视台（CGTN）《对话杨锐》节目。

本期节目由CGTN与北德广播电视台（NDR）合办，在德国汉堡录制。NDR主编Andreas Cichowicz与CGTN主持人杨锐联合主持。

同台参与对话的嘉宾还有：德国全球与地区研究中心主席Amrita Narlikar教授、德国墨卡托中国研究中心副主任Mikko Huotari先生，以及北京未来创新中心CEO吴昌华女士。

姚洋教授就中欧关系、“一带一路”倡议、全球贸易争端等热点问题分享了自己的见解，与同台嘉宾进行了深入友好的讨论。

Prof. Yao Yang speaks at the TV program co-hosted by CGTN and German NDR

November 28, 2019, Prof. Yao Yang, Dean of National School of Development at Peking University, was invited by the CGTN to attend the TV program "Dialogue with Yang Rui" to share his view on issues regarding China-EU relations, Belt and Road Initiative, current trade disputes, etc.  

This dialogue took place at the Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) in Hamburg, Germany. Co-hosting with Yang Rui was Andreas Cichowicz, Editor-in-Chief of NDR.

Prof. Amrita Narlikar, President of German Institute for Global and Area Studies, Mikko Huotari, Deputy Director of Mercator Institute for China Studies, and Wu Changhua, CEO of Beijing Future Innovation Center attended the dialogue together with Prof. Yao Yang.
