Fei Weiyang

Fei Weiyang graduated from Department of Engineering Chemistry at Tsinghua University in 1963 and served as an academic staff there since then. His main research field is separation science and technology. He concentrated himself on bridging the gap between fundamental research and industrial application and gained several theoretical and practical achievements based on systematic studies of transport phenomena, modelling and scale-up of separation equipment. His creative research works solved many engineering problems and produced significant economic and social benefits. He is very active on the study of Greenhouse Gas CO2 capture in recent years.
He is the Director of Chinese Society of Circular Economy, fellow of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, the fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry, UK. He is the Editor-in-chief of the Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering and the Associate Editor-in-chief of several Chinese chemical engineering journals.
