林双林,北京大学国家发展研究院返聘教授,北京大学中国公共财政研究中心名誉主任。毕业于北京大学经济系 (77级),获学士学位并考取教育部赴美出国研究生。获美国西北大学经济学硕士和普度大学经济学博士学位。研究领域为公共经济学,中国财政,经济增长。在Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Public Economics等英文学术期刊发表论文50余篇。关于中国社会保障债务的合作论文2019年获英文杂志China Economic Review最佳论文奖。中文书《大国财税改革:构建普惠式增长的基石》2020年由北京大学出版,英文专著《China’s Public Finance:Reforms, Challenges and Options》2022年由剑桥大学出版,曾主持财政部、国资委、世界银行、联合国等机构的国有资产管理、政府投资、税制改革、养老保障改革、医疗改革、“十三五”期间财政政策等研究项目。曾任国务院医改专家咨询委员会委员。 2002-2003年任中国留美经济学会主席,2005-2013年任北京大学经济学院财政学系主任。
