自2020年初以来，新冠疫情席卷全球，对中国与美国均造成了重大的经济影响。为此，由美中关系全国委员会主办北京大学国家发展研究院协办联合推出中美经济二轨对话（线上特别版）。
本次对话将于北京时间2020年5月13日22:30举行，美中关系全国委员会主席史蒂夫·欧伦斯主持，中银证券总裁助理兼首席经济学家、北大国发院兼职教授徐高，中国国际金融股份有限公司董事总经理、经济学家黄海洲博士，美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校、国际关系与太平洋研究学院教授Barry Naughton，美国荣鼎咨询公司创始人Daniel H. Rosen等中美四位专家，以两国经贸关系为核心议题，深入探讨疫情对中美经济和两国关系未来的影响。
Since the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 has become a pandemic, which has a great economic impact on China and the United States. In response to this event, the National School Development at Peking University and the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations will jointly launch the U.S.-China Track II Economic Dialogue (special online session).
The dialogue will be held at22:30 on May 13, 2020, Beijing time. At that time, four experts from the economic and trade fields of China and the United States will be invited to share analysis and projections on the issues. Coronavirus Crisis: What it means for U.S.-China Economic & Trade Relations.

关于中美经济（二轨）对话
“中美经济对话”始于2010年1月，每年举办两次，在纽约与北京交替进行，中美学者、商界领袖及其他相关人士就中美金融贸易关系及其对全球经济格局的影响等中长期问题展开讨论。对话旨在帮助两国学界、商界消化两国政府间对话的积极成果，增加两国民间的互相理解和信任。对话成果上报中美两国相关部门，供双方政府决策参考。
The " U.S.-China Track II Economic Dialogue " started in January 2010 and is held twice a year. It is held alternately in New York and Beijing. Chinese and American scholars, business leaders and other relevant people discuss the medium and long-term issues such as China-US financial and trade relations and their impact on the global economic pattern. The dialogue aims to help the academic circles and business circles of the two countries digest the positive results of the dialogue between the two governments and increase mutual understanding and trust between the two peoples. The results of the dialogue will be reported to the relevant departments of China and the United States for the reference of the two governments in decision-making.
关于北大国发院
北京大学国家发展研究院（NSD）是北京大学的一个以经济学为基础的多学科综合性学院，前身是林毅夫等六位海归经济学博士于1994年创立的北京大学中国经济研究中心（CCER），随着更多学者的加入以及科研和教学等方面的拓展，2008年改名为国家发展研究院（简称国发院）。
The National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University is a comprehensive college that offers a multidisciplinary environment for teaching and research in economics, management science, and public policy. Its predecessor, the China Centre for Economic Research (CCER), was established in 1994 by Professor Justin Yifu Lin and five other overseas-trained economists. Following its expansion of teaching and research, CCER was renamed the National School of Development in 2008.
